The Accreditation and Data Management Office (ADMO) at Nanyang Business School oversees AACSB and EQUIS accreditation, supports teaching and learning, and manages data for institutional and external reporting.
We are seeking a Manager (Accreditations) to undertake the following responsibilities:
Manage Assurance of Learning (AoL) reporting workflows for academic programmes and work with faculty in implementing e-assessment tools.
Review course outlines to ensure alignment with Outcomes-Based Teaching and Learning (OBTL) frameworks and institutional learning goals.
Manage the execution of AACSB and EQUIS accreditation processes, including coordination of timelines, milestones, deliverables and visit logistics
Contribute to the development of accreditation reports and supporting documentation.
Oversee data governance operations, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with institutional standards.
Drive continuous improvement across key operational processes.
Requirements:
Must-have:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
Minimum 8 years working experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience in accreditation, quality assurance, compliance, or related areas
Strong project management and coordination skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to frame narratives and develop clear, concise, and well‑structured reports.
Ability to analyse and interpret large datasets to draw meaningful insights
Meticulous, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to engage, influence, and build effective working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders, including academic, administrative, and external partners.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and use of AI tools to enhance productivity and work processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with a flexible approach and the capacity to learn and adapt to new areas quickly.
Resourceful and creative in problem-solving.
Good to have:
Experience with academic accreditation frameworks (e.g. AACSB, EQUIS or similar)
Familiarity with curriculum and assessment design
Experience working in a higher education environment
