| - Prepare plan along with business partner to meet target dates |

| - Ensure usage of PPE for self and workmen in shop |
| - Able to work in shifts and handle shifts individually |
| - Familiar with MS office, CCPM, MS project |
| - Able to prepare shop performance data on monthly basis |
| - Root cause analysis skill |
