Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, proactive Volume Hiring Manager to lead our frontline recruitment operations. In this role, you will own scale—driving 100+ monthly hires across Operations and frontline teams. You will leverage your existing network of staffing agencies, design mass-sourcing channels, automate recruitment funnels, and lead a team to hit aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale & Strategy: Plan, organize, and execute rapid-scale hiring drives (both on-ground walk-ins and virtual mass events) to deliver 100+ joins per month.

• Vendor & Agency Management: Onboard, manage, and hold external staffing agencies and manpower vendors accountable to strict delivery SLAs, candidate quality, and cost targets.

• Team Leadership: Direct, train, and manage a high-velocity team of recruiters and HR interns—setting daily output targets, managing task allocation, and driving team performance.

• Pipeline & Funnel Optimization: Own the full candidate lifecycle. Implement modern sourcing strategies (WhatsApp/SMS bots, referral engines, AI-driven screening) to reduce drop-offs and shorten time-to-hire.

• Referral Program Design: Conceptualize and roll out high-conversion employee referral programs to turn existing staff into active sourcing channels.

• Stakeholder & Data Management: Partner with Operations leaders to forecast headcount needs and maintain real-time hiring dashboards tracking funnel conversions, cost-per-hire, and Day-30 retention.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 6+ years in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of directly owning high-volume/bulk recruitment in fast-paced sectors (e.g., BPO, Logistics, Quick-Commerce, Retail, or Sales).

• Agency Network: Strong, pre-existing relationships with frontline recruitment agencies and regional labor suppliers.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to personally/operationally drive 100+ frontline joins per month.

• Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with high-volume ATS platforms (e.g., Fountain, Paradox) and AI-driven sourcing/screening tools.

• Leadership: Strong experience mentoring junior recruiters or HR interns in a fast-paced environment.

• Execution Focus: Exceptional drive, analytical mindset, and ability to troubleshoot drop-off rates at a moment's notice.
