Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Visa Direct business growth in Bangladesh market by identifying, developing, and commercializing new revenue opportunities across account-based and card-based money movement solutions.
- Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies to accelerate client acquisition, transaction volume growth, and revenue delivery.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of banks, fintechs, regulated financial institutions, merchants, and ecosystem partners.
- Lead end-to-end business development activities, including opportunity identification, client engagement, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
- Partner with clients to develop business cases, define implementation roadmaps, and support successful commercialization of Visa Direct solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Regional teams to bring new solutions and use cases to market.
- Drive ecosystem expansion and enablement by fostering strategic partnerships, industry engagement, and market education initiatives.
- Support client implementations and market launches, ensuring seamless execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption of Visa Direct capabilities.
- Deliver against annual revenue, volume, and strategic growth objectives while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and strengthening Visa’s market leadership position.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in payments/cards in banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including card payments, money movement solutions, payment processing, and cross-border payment flows.
- Experience working with banks, fintechs, payment service providers, payment aggregators, or payment networks is highly preferred.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, capable of independently driving business opportunities from identification through commercialization, implementation, and scale-up.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across sales, product, technology, risk, compliance, legal, and external partners.
- Strong commercial and business development mindset, with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities, build client relationships, and deliver business results.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, navigate complex discussions, and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
