Serves as the primary liaison between MTS and the customer in order to capture agreed-upon business objectives and processed, communicating these processed and their implications to technical and non-technical contributors to ensure that technology accurately meets business users' goals

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience AND 5 years of relevant technical or business work experience
Experience: Experience overseeing project teams and/or work processes
