Role & Responsibilities
The Manager, Enterprise Strategy will report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy within the Corporate Strategy & Market Analytics organization, and will serve as a key analytical partner - leveraging the latest AI tools to conduct strategic research and synthesize data, and performing quantitative analyses to support high-priority strategic initiatives.
Enterprise Strategy
Conduct market research and data gathering to support assessments of industry trends and potential disruptions
Support the execution of strategic workstreams by building models and frameworks to evaluate corporate-level opportunities or risks
Partner with the market analytics team to document strategic insights and GEV implications
Portfolio & M&A Strategy
Perform quantitative analyses to support portfolio assessments, including competitive benchmarking and performance assessments
Market Adjacency Analysis
Execute targeted research on adjacent markets (e.g., market sizing, growth rates, business model and profitability, and competitive mapping)
Maintain databases of ecosystem relationships and support the evaluation of "build, buy, or partner" options through comparative research.
Across these projects the Manager, Enterprise Strategy will:
Manage specific project workstreams and maintain project timelines under the guidance of the Senior Director
Coordinate with cross-functional team members to collect necessary data and information
Build rigorous quantitative models and presentations that support executive-level recommendations and Board presentations
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, finance, economics, business, or a related field
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in corporate strategy & business development, market analyses, corporate finance, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking
Analytical Rigor: proven ability to perform complex quantitative analysis, handle large datasets, and maintain attention to detail in high-pressure situations
AI Proficiency: demonstrated aptitude for learning and applying new AI-powered tools (including AI-driven research agents, data synthesis and modeling) to accelerate and expand research and data analysis - while assessing the AI output and detecting and correcting where the models don’t perform
Advanced skills in financial/data modeling (in Microsoft Excel or other modeling tools), and storyboarding and slide creation (Microsoft PowerPoint)
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize a wide range of data points into clear, concise summaries
Collaboration: A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Organization: ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Growth Mindset: High intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to develop expertise in AI and the energy and power sectors
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience in the Technology or Energy/Power industries

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $123,200.00 and $205,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
