Oversees the maintenance, repair, and appearance of the property's buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for guests and team members. Leads the Facilities team by planning preventive maintenance, managing daily operations, coordinating vendor services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and responding promptly to facility-related issues while supporting the property's operational goals.
