Manager - Facility Operations

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, safety, and appearance of the casino property, including gaming areas, food and beverage outlets, hotel or resort spaces if applicable, back-of-house areas, parking areas, grounds, and building systems. This role leads maintenance and facilities team members, manages preventive maintenance programs, coordinates vendor and contractor work, supports capital improvement projects, and ensures the property remains safe, functional, compliant, and guest-ready at all times.
