We are seeking a Manager to join our Grid Operations practice with a strong engineering and consulting experience helping utilities modernize grid operations. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who combines utility operations and engineering knowledge with grid modernization and technology implementation expertise.
The Manager will lead client engagements focused on improving distribution operations, implementing advanced grid technologies, and preparing utilities for a more dynamic and distributed grid.

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $138,000 - $185,000. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
