To prepare you for long-term success, all Denver Manager in Training hires will complete a paid 180-day leadership development program in Dallas, Texas before launching in the Denver market.
During training you'll:

What You'll Do
As a Manager in Training, you'll continue producing at a high level while developing the leadership skills needed to build and manage a successful team.
Responsibilities

Generate new business through residential roofing sales

Manage restoration projects from inspection through completion

Build lasting relationships with homeowners

Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Recruit and help onboard future sales representatives

Coach and mentor new team members through ride-alongs and field training

Lead by example while driving team performance and accountability

Support the growth and expansion of the Denver market
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for experienced roofing sales professionals who are ready to grow beyond individual production.
Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of roofing sales experience (required)

Proven history of generating residential roofing sales

Experience working with insurance restoration claims

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven

Leadership mindset with a passion for coaching others

Desire to build a long-term career in management
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience

Valid driver's license
-
Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)

Ability to complete the required 180-day paid leadership training program in Dallas, TX before returning to Denver
