Role Overview
The Manager, Information Technology - Business and Product Management will help connect business priorities with technology solutions that deliver measurable value in Manufacturing IT environment. This role acts as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, product teams, finance, architecture, delivery teams, vendors, and service providers. The role is responsible for translating business needs into product priorities, roadmaps, portfolio decisions, and technology outcomes, while supporting effective escalation management and value realization. This position is ideal for a business-facing information technology professional who understands how to balance customer needs, operational priorities, workplace technology, manufacturing environments, vendor delivery, financial discipline, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will bring strong product management capability, practical technology fluency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a cross-functional manufacturing environment. This role helps ensuring technology products and services are aligned to business capability needs, governed effectively, and continuously improved through data, insight, and collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, finance, architecture, delivery teams, and technology partners.
What You will do for us
Lead business engagement by partnering with business stakeholders to understand priorities, pain points, operational needs, and opportunities for technology-enabled improvement.
Translate business requirements into product priorities, technology outcomes, roadmap plans, and investment recommendations that support measurable business value.
Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned to business capability needs, portfolio priorities, operational readiness, and financial planning.
Own product outcomes, adoption, user value, business impact, and product-related escalations for assigned technology services or capabilities.
Use governance, prioritization methods, and performance insights to improve product outcomes, business alignment, and decision-making.
Assess the business and product impact of incidents, ensuring appropriate stakeholder communication, escalation support, and alignment with vendors and technical resolution teams.
Support change prioritization, release readiness, business adoption, governance decisions, and stakeholder alignment for technology changes.
Support business capability development and digital product evolution through value-based investment decisions and coordination across delivery, architecture, finance, and operations teams.
Manage strategic technology partners, vendors, and service providers that support product delivery, roadmap execution, workplace technology, manufacturing solutions, or business outcomes.
Coordinate with management teams, vendors, and service providers to resolve issues, support service quality, and improve delivery performance.
Use business, product, adoption, financial, operational, and value realization metrics to determine priorities and influence portfolio decisions.
Apply artificial intelligence insights and data-driven analysis to support prioritization, product decisions, service improvement, and business value creation.
Ensure product priorities and delivery decisions align with governance, risk, cybersecurity, compliance, and technology standards.
Support business case development, investment planning, portfolio prioritization, value realization, and management of operating expense and capital expenditure budgets.
Influence product portfolio priorities, business capability investment, and strategic technology planning within the relevant business and technology scope.
Bring awareness of manufacturing systems and applications to support operational environments, business continuity, and practical technology decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience working in Information Technology, preferably in business-facing technology, product management, workplace technology, manufacturing technology, service delivery, or a related environment.
Practical knowledge of end-user and workplace technology services, including personal computers, deskside support, Microsoft and Apple operating systems, remote desktop protocol, virtual desktop infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Knowledge of output management solutions, including multifunction printers, secure print, label printers, and network printers.
Familiarity with manufacturing systems, manufacturing applications, or technology used to support production or bottling environments.
Experience in product management, business relationship management, roadmap planning, portfolio management, and agile delivery.
Experience leading a team or workstream, motivating others, driving execution, and delivering results in a cross-functional environment.
Proven ability to develop information technology solutions that address complex business problems and enable measurable outcomes.
Strong business partnership skills, including the ability to translate stakeholder needs into product priorities, technology requirements, and actionable plans.
Experience coordinating with management, vendors, service providers, and technology partners to support delivery quality, service performance, and business outcomes.
Strong understanding of technology governance, prioritization, change readiness, cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, and service management practices.
Ability to use data, metrics, analytics, and financial indicators to guide prioritization, measure adoption, and support continuous improvement.
Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and automation concepts, with the ability to apply insights appropriately to product management, decision-making, and service improvement.
Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience supporting business cases, investment planning, operating expense budgets, capital expenditure budgets, and value realization.
Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and escalation management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across levels and functions.
Structured, organized, pragmatic, and practical working style with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and sound decision-making.
Full professional English proficiency, including clear written and verbal communication.
Bottler, manufacturing, consumer goods, or operational technology experience strongly preferred.
