Manager, R&D Thought Leadership and Reputation

We're looking for a Manager, R&D Thought Leadership & Reputation Communications to join our Corporate Communications team within Corporate Affairs. You'll help shape and lead external communications that strengthen our reputation, tell our scientific story, and position our R&D leaders as industry voices. You'll turn complex science into stories that connect, working closely with Product & Pipeline Communications, Patient Advocacy, and R&D teams. This position offers the chance to help shape how the world sees Regeneron's science, reporting to the Director, Research Communications.
When & where:
- Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY or Tarrytown, NY
- Work model/flexibility: Onsite a minimum of four days per week (not open to fully remote or hybrid arrangements)
Discover your role:
- Help build external communications strategies that align with R&D and company goals
- Work with scientists, physicians, and medical and regulatory teams to turn complex science into clear, engaging stories
- Secure speaking engagements, media opportunities, and events for R&D leaders
- Prepare spokespeople with briefing materials and key messages
- Build relationships with trade media through proactive outreach and story pitches
- Lead reputation-building campaigns from content planning through delivery
- Guide external PR agencies and partners to keep quality, budgets, and timelines on track
- Set up measurement plans and dashboards to track impact and guide improvements

- A Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic corporate healthcare communications

Salary Range (annually)
$114,800.00 - $187,400.00
