Manager, Specialist Sales, Consumer & Digital Solutions, SEA
Mastercard is seeking a commercially minded payments professional to join our Customer Solutions Centre team in Thailand. This role supports the growth and go-to-market execution of Mastercard's Consumer & Digital Solutions business, helping issuers strengthen their card portfolios, enhance customer propositions and accelerate digital payment adoption. Working closely with Account Management, Business Development, Division and Regional Product teams, the successful candidate will provide specialist expertise across Mastercard's consumer and digital payments portfolio, including credit, debit, prepaid, tokenisation, authentication and digital commerce solutions. By translating Mastercard's capabilities into practical customer solutions and commercially relevant opportunities, the role contributes to portfolio growth, digital payment adoption and improved consumer payment experiences across the market.
All About the Role
• Drive specialist solution sales across Mastercard’s Consumer & Digital Payments portfolio, including credit, debit, prepaid, tokenization, authentication, and digital commerce solutions.
• Engage with financial institution clients to translate Mastercard capabilities into clear business value, tailored use cases, and measurable customer outcomes.
• Develop and present integrated value propositions that combine card products and digital payment solutions to support issuer growth and customer acquisition strategies.
• Support issuers in adopting and scaling digital payment capabilities such as tokenized payments, digital wallets, and X-Pay enablement.
• Partner closely with Account Management and Business Development teams to support client engagements, proposals, RFPs, business reviews, and strategic opportunities.
• Create and maintain high-quality sales enablement materials, including presentations, solution narratives, and market and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Services to ensure solution readiness, successful launches, and smooth execution from pre-sales to implementation.
• Monitor market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for innovation, product enhancement, and new business growth.
• Maintain clear visibility of pipeline activity, key opportunities, dependencies, and risks to support effective prioritization and execution planning.
All About You
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in payments, financial services or card product management, together with exposure to digital payment solutions with a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem.
• Experience in customer-facing commercial, business development, partnerships or product roles, with a track record of contributing to business growth and strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and develop trusted relationships across a highly relationship-driven market.
• Strong consultative approach, with the ability to understand customer needs and work across teams to shape practical, commercially relevant solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, partnership development, negotiation and influencing capabilities.
• Experience coordinating complex opportunities across multiple functions, including account management, product, technical, legal and commercial teams.
• Commercial acumen combined with the ability to analyse market trends, evaluate opportunities and develop compelling business cases.
• Strong organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on outcomes.
• Strong presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to develop compelling PowerPoint presentations and build clear, persuasive narratives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
