About the Role
As a Tax Manager within Caterpillar's Global Tax – International Tax Team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business partners across the enterprise, helping navigate complex international tax matters while supporting Caterpillar's global business operations.
In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations to analyze international business activities, assess tax implications, and develop practical, business-focused recommendations. You will support tax planning initiatives, oversee aspects of non-U.S. tax compliance, manage audit-related activities, and help drive tax-efficient business decisions across multiple jurisdictions. You will join a highly collaborative global team supporting operations across Canada, Latin America, EAME and Asia.
Success in this role requires more than technical tax knowledge. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, relationship builder, and project manager who can effectively collaborate across geographies, influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and translate complex tax concepts into practical business guidance.

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
