[What the role is]
You will support the management of workplace, asset, equipment and building-related operations to ensure effective service delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance with organisational policies and governance requirements. The role involves coordinating asset lifecycle processes, supporting workplace and facilities operations, managing vendor and service providers, and maintaining accurate records to support accountability, audit readiness and continuous improvement.
[What you will be working on]
- Support the administration and lifecycle management of corporate assets, office equipment and shared resources.
- Coordinate asset deployment, inventory tracking, maintenance, transfer and disposal activities.
- Assist in procurement, leasing, billing, reconciliation and vendor management matters.
- Manage service requests, operational enquiries and follow-ups with stakeholders and service providers.
- Support workplace and facilities operations, including building-related and administrative functions.
- Maintain records and documentation to support governance, compliance and audit requirements.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives, SOP reviews and operational projects.
[What we are looking for]
- Degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in corporate services, facilities management, workplace operations or administrative functions.
- Good organisational, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Meticulous, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
