Capgemini is seeking a Managing Transition Lead, supporting the Cloud and Infrastructure business in the UK
Transition at Capgemini refers specifically to activities associated with the Transition of client services from an incumbent provider(s) to another provider(s). This role is not for candidates with Transition experience related to Acceptance into Service where products/projects are introduced into service. A Managing Transition Manager must be able to demonstrate extensive experience of managing enterprise multilayer contract/service transitions through the full cycle.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Primary Skills
The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience in Business Process Transitions, with a proven track record of project management excellence and demonstrated contributions to P&L growth through sales and project execution. A bachelor’s degree is required, with an MBA strongly preferred.
