Essential Responsibilities

• Ensure daily/weekly call with Customers  to manage/escalate misaligned dates that have ability to impact business

• Provide Customers periodical reports as agreed and required

• Where able to get the required commitment from internal functions , ensure the issues are escalated in a timely manner to Fulfillment Lead to support a developed recovery plan to be shared with Customers

• Meet with the customers during in presence review

• Interact with other function to guarantee the right support  and define priorities

• Operate on the system to release documents for shipments.

Required Qualifications

• Master Degree in Management Engineering

• Basic experience in Material Planning/Fulfillment roles

• Knowledge of SAP and Office

• Fluent English and Italian

• Team worker

• Good oral and written communication

• Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

Contract Level: CCNL metalmeccanico – B2

Salary range for this role: 34,875.00 - 46,500.00 EUR Annual + Performance-related bonus + PDR up to 6000 euro
Compensation will be defined within the published salary range, reflecting the candidate’s experience, developed skills, and overall alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
