In this role, you will lead and oversee the development and execution of local reimbursement strategies and dossiers across one or more therapeutic areas in Taiwan. You will work closely with trade and senior market access colleagues to shape market access priorities, ensure effective cross-functional collaboration, and drive high-quality deliverables aligned with local and global objectives.
You will also serve as a key point of contact for headquarters teams, external vendors, and relevant local stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment across functions. In addition, you will lead and contribute to strategic projects at the country level, providing guidance, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of key initiatives.
· Own and lead access strategy
· Coordinate Pricing & Reimbursement-related projects
· Proactively involve in healthcare policy shaping through industry associations.
· Lead the cross-functional team to develop pricing & reimbursement strategy and application; to ensure all key milestones on track.
· Lead cross-functional team to closely engage with key stakeholders.
· Actively involve in marketing strategy development and provide sufficient insights to optimize business opportunities.
· Develop HEOR studies to support P&R submissions, leading study design and vendor execution in alignment with business need.
· Proactively involve in healthcare policy shaping through industry associations.
· Perform other duties per special assignments.
· Sanofi employee must understand of own roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risk (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment). Involved in any such activities must comply with HSE policy.
Scientific background in biomedical, healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field is essential.
Business, public health, or health economics background is an advantage.
5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, hospital, or related organizations.
Proven experience in pricing, reimbursement, and market access.
Track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
Good understanding of the Taiwan healthcare and reimbursement system.
Strong ability to quickly understand and translate complex clinical/scientific data into clear product value propositions.
Strong business acumen with the ability to assess the impact of healthcare policy and market changes on the business.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
