A people-focused role for someone who loves making things happen
Are you the person who can make people feel welcome, keep the details organized, and still see opportunities to make things better?
The Berkeley is looking for an Operations & Marketing Coordinator who brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine interest in people. This is a varied role that touches marketing, resident and family experience, technology, community engagement, and day-to-day operations. You’ will work closely with leaders across the organization, help bring ideas to life, and have the opportunity to shape the role as The Berkeley continues to grow.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the person behind the scenes who makes things happen - but who also wants to be visible, build relationships, and contribute ideas.

Who You Are
You don’t need to check every box - but you should recognize yourself in these qualities:
You are a people person. You communicate naturally, make people comfortable, and enjoy building relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and community partners.
You are a doer. When you see something that needs to be done, you don’t wait for someone else to solve it. You take ownership, figure things out, and move things forward.
You are curious. You want to understand how things work - and you’re always wondering, “Is there a better way to do this?”
You are adaptable. You can move comfortably between a resident tour, creating a social media post, solving a technology issue, and helping a leader pull together a report.
You are positive and collaborative. You bring energy to your work, work well with others, and understand that the best ideas often come from working together.
You are interested in growing. This role will evolve. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn, take on new challenges, develop their skills, and grow their career alongside the organization.
What You’ll Bring
Why This Role?
This isn’t a job where you’ll be doing the same thing every day.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with people, build your skills, improve how we do things, and make a visible contribution to the experience we create for residents, families, employees, and our community.
If you’re someone who is organized but not rigid, strategic but willing to roll up your sleeves, and people-focused while still being driven to get things done, we’d love to hear from you.
Come grow with The Berkeley.
