Marketing Assistant
About this role
In this role, you will assist with the development and distribution of marketing campaigns, maintain property information across various platforms, prepare market research and presentation materials, and ensure all marketing content aligns with company branding standards. You will also provide administrative support by managing documentation, coordinating schedules and communications, tracking deadlines, processing invoices, and supporting office initiatives and special projects.
This role will be supporting an agent or agent team.
The hourly range for this role is $50.00 – $55.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer and posted salary ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay-transparency regulations. Responsibilities:
Marketing Support
Create and update marketing packages, offering memorandums, brochures, and presentation materials.
Coordinate the production and distribution of email campaigns and marketing communications.
Update and maintain property listings across Marcus & Millichap systems and third-party platforms.
Assist with property marketing launches, listing changes, and status updates.
Prepare market research, demographic reports, maps, and property-related marketing materials.
Ensure marketing materials meet company brand standards and compliance requirements.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to assigned agents and brokerage professionals.
Maintain electronic files and transaction-related documentation.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and client communications as needed.
Track important deadlines and assist with follow-up on marketing and transaction activity.
Process invoices, expense submissions, and other office-related requests.
Support special projects and office initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous administrative, marketing, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in commercial real estate, brokerage operations, or marketing support.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or similar marketing tools.
Familiarity with CRM databases and online marketing platforms.
