THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you’ll partner with business leaders to deliver engaging content, integrated campaigns and stakeholder initiatives across a diverse range of audiences, including employers, injured workers, brokers and industry partners.

Using your strengths in multi-channel communications, digital marketing and storytelling, you’ll help strengthen relationships, showcase EML’s expertise and drive meaningful engagement and business outcomes.

This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Melbourne, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and deliver strategic marketing and communications plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to create clear, compelling communications.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, content and events.
  • Manage marketing materials from concept through to delivery, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Plan and deliver internal and external events, conferences and stakeholder initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance and use data to improve future activity.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen EML’s reputation, brand awareness and industry presence.
     

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a marketing and communications role within a complex or regulated organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns from end to end.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills across digital, social, email, web, video and executive communications.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience using content management systems, SharePoint, Canva and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of brand governance, campaign reporting and audience engagement.
  • Experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.
  • A relevant qualification in communications, marketing, journalism or public relations is desirable.
