We're looking for a Marketing & Events Lead to shape our brand voice and bring our story to a highly technical audience in the AI/ML space. You'll sit at the center of a small, technical team — alongside AI researchers and engineers — helping translate complex product concepts around RL training infrastructure into clear, compelling narratives. This role is pivotal in driving inbound interest and building community momentum around our mission.
Own and execute the overall marketing strategy and content calendar across channels.
Lead social media presence on Twitter/X and LinkedIn to grow audience engagement and inbound interest.
Ghostwrite high-quality content for founders that communicates product vision, insights, and platform wins.
Translate complex, technical product concepts into clear, compelling narratives for a technical audience.
Develop and refine brand voice, positioning, and storytelling to ensure consistency across all channels.
Experiment with different content formats and double down on what drives results.
Identify high-leverage event opportunities — conferences, hackathons, and technical communities — where our target audience already gathers.
Plan and execute memorable, high-quality events that reinforce brand and generate pipeline.
Use analytics to measure content performance and continuously optimize marketing strategy.
2–7 years of experience in marketing, content, or community roles at startups.
Demonstrated track record of growing social accounts or company branding, with a strong writing portfolio showcasing technical content.
Experience ghostwriting for founders or executives at early-stage companies.
Hands-on experience planning and running events, meetups, or community programs end-to-end.
Background marketing AI/ML, developer tools, or technical platforms.
Familiarity with analytics tools and growth strategies for social and content channels.
Strong network within the RL research, RL engineering, or broader technical startup communities.
Comfort working independently in fast-paced, early-stage environments with limited resources.
Genuine enthusiasm for frontier AI and a clear point of view on how great technical companies build brand.
Salary range: $100,000 – $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
This is an on-site role based in San Francisco, CA.
