About the Role

Are you passionate about creating impactful marketing campaigns and enhancing customer experiences? As a Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in driving the growth and competitiveness of Chinabank's Cards and Personal Loans products. You will help develop and execute acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives while supporting product launches, rewards programs, marketing communications, and customer value propositions. What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, activation, usage, and retention.
• Assist in managing existing and newly launched credit card and personal loan products.
• Conceptualize promotional programs, customer engagement activities, and rewards initiatives.
• Prepare and coordinate marketing communication materials across various channels.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insight analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Digital Banking, Compliance, and other business units to ensure successful campaign implementation.
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies, media partners, merchants, and brand partners.
• Support the development of product value propositions, promotions, and customer offers.
• Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and management updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Brand Management, or Marketing Communications.
• Experience in banking, financial services, consumer lending, credit cards, or retail marketing is preferred.
• Exposure to campaign management, product marketing, or customer acquisition programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
