Marketing Working Student (m/f/d)

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Coordinating with Customer Care teams regarding deliveries, order cancellations, returns and refunds, invoice-related cases and urgent customer escalations 

• Managing operational activities on marketplace platforms, including shipment updates, refunds, customer messages and customer reviews 

• Ensuring compliance with marketplace service level agreements and monitor operational performance 

• Identifying recurring issues and support continuous process improvements across marketplace operations 

• Providing administrative and operational support to Marketplace Managers in their daily business activities 
   

What You Bring 

• A strong interest in e-commerce and marketplace business 

• Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is an advantage 

• Attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks 

• A proactive, open-minded and team-oriented mindset 

Availability to work approximately 1.5 hours every weekday (Monday to Friday) in the afternoon to ensure compliance with marketplace service level agreements
