Your Responsibilities:
- In this role, you are responsible for maintaining, validating, and supporting component master data within client systems, ensuring high data quality, compliance, and operational continuity.
- You act as a key operational link between business users, engineering (PDM/Enovia), and IT systems, supporting the full lifecycle of component master data.
- You ensure that all master data requests are validated, approved, and processed in line with governance standards and policies.
- You contribute to continuous improvement of data quality processes and support the data quality framework used for monitoring and control.
Key Activities:
- You create, update, merge, and phase out component master data in relevant systems such as Enovia and ERP environments.
- You validate incoming requests and perform final quality checks to guarantee data integrity and compliance.
- You provide second-line support for master data issues and handle service requests via ticketing systems such as Topdesk.
- You support root cause analysis of recurring data issues and contribute to data cleansing activities.
- You collaborate closely with engineering, application management and data governance stakeholders to ensure consistent and reliable data.
- You assist in team coordination activities such as backlog support, capacity planning, and maintaining documentation and guidelines.
