About this role

For our Client, a global enterprise, we are seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Specialist (SAP/Ariba) to join their internal team. Reporting directly to the US-based Director of Global Procurement Operations, you will play a key role in driving efficient procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and leading vendor onboarding management across global regions, with a primary operational focus on supporting the Americas market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end vendor onboarding, ensure high data accuracy, and align local master data processes with global standardization and compliance policies.

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for P2P escalations, reviewing/approving purchase requisitions (PRs) and guiding stakeholders through purchasing and receiving workflows.

  • Drive operational excellence and automation within vendor master data to streamline downstream purchasing activities.

  • Collaborate with internal business functions to assess and mitigate risks associated with vendor management and procurement operations.

  • Build strong working relationships with internal business liaisons and vendors to promptly resolve data or onboarding issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in vendor master data management, vendor onboarding, and procurement P2P processes.

  • Proficiency in SAP and/or SAP Ariba, SharePoint, and advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Fluent English (C1/C2) is required. Working knowledge of German or Spanish is a strong plus.

  • High autonomy, strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work from the Warsaw office 3 days a week under a hybrid schedule.
