Location: Baumholder area: Rheinland Chapel & Rock Chapel
Employment Type: Contract (Part-Time / As Required)
Key Tasks / Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all musical support for worship services and special religious events across multiple chapel locations.
- Recruit, audition, schedule, and supervise musicians to ensure full coverage of all required services.
- Coordinate weekly music selections with chaplains, worship leaders, and service themes.
- Ensure musicians rehearse as required and arrive on time for all services and events.
- Provide oversight of rehearsals, sound checks, and overall musical quality during services.
- Maintain musician schedules, availability rosters, and service coverage plans.
- Submit weekly music selections for chapel publications and bulletins.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in music coordination, program management, or similar role.
- Ability to recruit, manage, and coordinate musicians for multiple services.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting religious services or chapel programs.
- Background in music performance, accompaniment, or worship leadership.
- Experience working in a military or multi-faith environment.
