How you'll make an impact

  • Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities for assigned material planning responsibilities.

  • Ensure material availability to support customer demand, production schedules, and delivery commitments.

  • Analyze inventory portfolios and define inventory strategies using ABC/XYZ segmentation methodologies.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and category managers to identify cost optimization and savings opportunities.

  • Maintain planning parameters in SAP, including safety stock, reorder points, lead times, and lot sizes.

  • Support Sales & Operations Planning activities and align material forecasts across the supply chain.

  • Partner with suppliers to improve delivery performance and resolve supply or quality issues.

  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning, fulfillment, and inventory performance.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

  • Up to 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, material planning, or supply chain operations.

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, preferably within MM and PP modules.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to analyze data to support decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams.

  • Strong organizational skills, customer focus, problem-solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
