About this role

Do you want to join us in making water experiences smart and sustainable?

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Materials Planning Specialist to join our team in Poland / Olesno and ensure seamless operations at our factories.

As a Materials planner, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the availability of components by overseeing operational purchasing activities. From monitoring purchase requisitions to executing purchase orders, you will ensure timely deliveries to our factories while optimizing stock levels and enhancing supplier performance. Your responsibilities will also include responding to inquiries about delivery times, handling claims with suppliers, and collaborating with various stakeholders across our global network.

Your main tasks on this position:

  • securing of material availability (accuracy, delivery timing, quantity, and stock levels)

  • optimization of stock levels, conducts call-offs and orders

  • responding to routine internal and customer enquiries about delivery times and the status of shipments

  • claim handling with suppliers

  • monitoring and analyzing the performance of suppliers to help the organization increase its efficiency

Required Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:

  • previous experience in purchasing or materials management - will be an asset

  • fluency in professional English min. B1/B2 level

  • German language skills - will be an asset

  • good communication skills and problem solving attitude

  • working with ERP systems will be an asset
