What you will do
Responsible for.
· BIM Revit designing for engineering services which includes Mechanical - Firefighting Sprinkler and suppression Systems as per the designed CAD drawings, markup, and able to perform detailed Design.
· Checking the clashes within and between services using Navisworks Manage software and expunges according to the clash report.
· Coordination with MEP services with the program schedule.
· Preparation BIM model with Placing Sprinklers & Machinal Equipment’s, Valves & accessories provide Pipe routing & in Revit.
· Strong Knowledge and Preparation of Revit parametric families, schedules, construction documents, Shop Drawings, and as-built Drawings using Revit MEP.
· Working in BIM 360 Collaboration and ACC (In-hand experience).
· Manage medium-sized projects Individually and work with the Team on Big Projects.
· Meeting and coordinating with Global clients on project basis.

What we look for
Required Fire Protection Systems Design Knowledge
· Proficient in Fire Protection Systems design, detailing, and modelling using 2D and 3D CAD/BIM software’s such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
· Carry out design and engineering of fire protection systems, including automatic sprinkler systems, internal and external hydrant systems, hose reel systems, and water spray / deluge systems.
· Design and application of clean agent and gaseous suppression systems. Novec 1230, FM-200, Inergen, and CO₂ systems, based on hazard classification and room integrity requirements.
· Strong working knowledge of NFPA codes and standards, with specific expertise in water-based fire protection systems.
· Experience in the design of firefighting pump rooms, underground and above-ground firewater networks, including piping, valves, accessories, and system zoning.
· Perform hydraulic calculations for sprinkler, hydrant, and water spray systems, including pipe sizing, flow and pressure analysis, pipe sizing, friction loss calculations.
· Good understanding of fire hazards and classifications and system requirement for various occupancies.
· Experience in producing fully coordinated 3D BIM models with accurate elevations, routing, and clash-free model with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
· Competent in generating design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
· Familiar with coordination workflows, model reviews, and constructability checks to support efficient site execution and minimize rework.
