Key Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems in a large-scale power plant. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment. Inspect turbines, pumps, compressors, boilers, and auxiliary systems. Coordinate shutdown and maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with plant safety and maintenance standards. Analyse equipment failures and recommend corrective actions. Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives for plant reliability. Required Skills Power Plant Mechanical Maintenance – Experience maintaining large-scale power plant equipment. Rotating Equipment – Expertise in turbines, pumps, compressors, and motors. Preventive Maintenance – Planning and executing maintenance schedules. Troubleshooting – Root cause analysis of mechanical failures. Safety Compliance – Knowledge of industrial safety practices and standards. Preferred Skills SAP PM or CMMS knowledge. Shutdown maintenance planning. Leadership and team coordination. Work Experience Requirements Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within large-scale power plants. Experience handling critical plant equipment and maintenance planning is essential. Education Minimum: B.E. Mechanical Engineering Preferred: M.E.
