We are looking for a Medical Case Manager to coordinate medical assistance cases from first contact through resolution. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, support customers during medical events while travelling or requiring assistance, and liaise with healthcare providers, hospitals, travel partners, and internal stakeholders in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.
