We are trusted by the best frontier model providers like OpenAI to rigorously evaluate the capabilities of state-of-the-art multimodal models across design, web dev, game dev, image, video, audio, slide generation, and more, through the large-scale platforms that we’ve built.
Design Arena, our flagship product, is the most referenced benchmark for AI-generated visuals, and is powered by over 5.3M+ authentic users across 192 countries. Prediction Arena was the first time models traded autonomously with real cash on real-time, real-world events. Social Arena tested whether AI models can effectively grow and engage audiences on X by having them operate as independent social media agents.
Role
You'll help build and evolve Design Arena, the platform where 5.2+ million users turn regular product interactions into valuable nuggets of learnable information. You'll own products end-to-end across the stack, improving user experiences while building the distributed systems and platform infrastructure that power millions of real-time interactions.
We have enough flex on the team for you to choose to focus only on infrastructure / backend problems, only on frontend features, or something in between!
You'll ship new product capabilities, improve system reliability and performance, and scale Design Arena as we expand to new products and modalities.
What You’ll Own
Own the entire product
Run A/B test and constantly experiment for SOTA human-model interaction experiences in a data-driven way
Work with our world-class founding designer to make your product-interaction dreams come true
Own features and systems from design through deployment, continuously iterating based on user feedback and product needs
What We’re Looking For
Experience building great products. You've built user-facing applications, backend services, or distributed systems that run in production, and you care about performance, reliability, and low latency.
Bonus: Show us a product you’ve built before that you’re proud of!
You like owning products end-to-end. You're excited by improving existing products, shipping new features, and solving real user problems.
Details
Location: San Francisco, Levi’s Plaza. We sponsor visas and handle relocation.
Work Schedule: Sunday-Friday. Saturdays are yours!
Compensation: Competitive salary + meaningful equity. You'd be joining at the stage when ownership matters most.
