Member Service Center Representative

The Member Service Center Representative I position is responsible for responding to inquiries from members via telephone and web access. The Member Service Center Representative I will serve as a liaison between the member and the Credit Union and will be responsible for providing a variety of transaction services including account and product information and will professionally handle members' daily Credit Union needs by offering Credit Union products and services through the practice of established sales and service techniques and offer superior customer service by following the established Service Standards.
