Essential Job Functions
Membership Growth
- Drive Membership growth through community outreach, grassroots marketing, educational presentations, and relationship-building activities.
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities to increase membership within assigned markets and territories.
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, brokers, and local businesses.
- Conduct one-on-one and group educational sessions to promote awareness of InnovaCare Health's providers, services, and value proposition.
Member Retention
- Support member retention efforts by maintaining strong relationships with existing members and ensuring a positive member experience.
- Conduct proactive outreach to identify and address member concerns, barriers to care, or service-related issues.
- Assist with retention initiatives during Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), Open Enrollment Period (OEP), and throughout the year.
- Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to resolve member concerns and improve satisfaction.
Community Engagement & Events
- Represent InnovaCare Health at community events, health fairs, health plan events, broker functions, provider events, and educational seminars.
- Coordinate and participate in outreach activities that enhance brand awareness and generate membership opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent presence within the community to strengthen relationships and build trust among members and referral sources.
- Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with providers, health plan representatives, brokers, and community partners.
- Serve as a trusted ambassador for InnovaCare Health and its affiliated medical groups.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support membership growth and retention objectives.
Reporting & Administration
- Accurately document activities, lead generation efforts, enrollment opportunities, retention initiatives, and community engagement activities within CRM systems.
- Maintain timely and accurate reporting of outreach activities, member interactions, and territory performance.
- Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to leadership regarding growth opportunities.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience in community outreach, hospitality, customer service, sales, or business development required.
- Experience working with seniors, adults, healthcare organizations, or community-based organizations preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Proven success in sales, membership growth, retention, customer service, or outreach roles.
- Comfortable speaking with individuals and presenting to groups.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage territory.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM systems and tracking tools preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned markets.
- Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Preferred Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare, Business, Marketing or related field)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
