Memory Care Director

The Memory Care Director (MCD) serves as the community’s dementia care expert and leads all aspects of our Currents Memory Care Program. This role is instrumental in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. The Memory Care Director oversees memory care associates, implements Maplewood standards and best practices, and develops specialized service plans tailored to each resident’s individual needs. Working closely with department leaders, families, program associates, and care teams, the MCD ensures the delivery of exceptional care, engaging lifestyle programming, a therapeutic environment, and meaningful interventions. Previous clinical experience is preferred.
