Function:
Responsible for assisting in the execution of the country’s convenience store strategic action plans, for maintaining updated the retail management system (Incorporates and removes convenience stores products, ensure adequate inventories and ensure that products are properly visualize as set out in planograms).
Ensure that all foodservice and coffee operation is runned according to standards and franchise requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Elaboration and analysis of all Foodservice Reports and Performance.
2- Ensures that the image, food hygiene and safety measures standards are in place at all times (Food Service Area)
3- Establish contact with suppliers, distributors, dealers and store personnel - negotiate with them for improvement.
4- Evaluation of products to incorporate in the menu of Food Services or within their inputs.
Ensure that new product implementation related to procedures, operation and vendor management.
5- Responsible for conducting a monthlty audit Visit to Super 7, making sure to generate a report, and action plan for the implementation or correction of any identified deviations during the visit.
6- Responsible for providing train the trainers to Super 7 Managers and Food Service Store Supervisors regarding Food Services & Product Manufacturing procedures.
7- Supervision of in-store processes, according to the Super 7 and Food Services operating manual (License to Operate and Haccp System)
8- Supervision of promotional material according to the Execution Guidelines.
9- Support in the planning of promotional and discounts periods agreed with suppliers, assuring their execution in convenience stores.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Graduate in Food Engineering or Restaurant Manager or Professional Chef. Other Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or similar field
- Master’s degree, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Projects
Experience:
- 2/3 years minimum working in the field (Food Engineering, Retail or merchandising experience at the store level is preferred)
- Experience in elaboration and introduction of new products
- Knowledge in hygiene and food handling
- Planning, project management, and time management expertise.
- Retail experience or visual merchandising formal training
- Thorough understanding of marketing principles and retail merchandising fundamentals
