Job Description

Responsabilidades Clave de ISP

• Planificar e impartir clases dinámicas y diferenciadas en inglés y español, según el currículo establecido.
• Diseñar experiencias de aprendizaje centradas en el estudiante que promuevan el desarrollo de habilidades del siglo XXI.
• Implementar estrategias pedagógicas innovadoras que favorezcan el aprendizaje activo y significativo.
• Adaptar la enseñanza para responder a las diferentes necesidades, estilos y ritmos de aprendizaje.
• Integrar el uso de recursos tecnológicos y herramientas digitales en el proceso de enseñanza.

Evaluación del Aprendizaje

• Diseñar y aplicar evaluaciones formativas y sumativas.
• Monitorear el progreso académico de los estudiantes mediante el análisis de datos y evidencias de aprendizaje.
• Proporcionar retroalimentación oportuna y constructiva a estudiantes y familias.
• Elaborar informes académicos conforme a los procedimientos institucionales.

Gestión del Aula

• Mantener un ambiente de aprendizaje seguro, inclusivo, respetuoso y estimulante.
• Promover una disciplina positiva basada en el respeto mutuo y la autorregulación.
• Establecer rutinas y expectativas claras para favorecer un ambiente organizado y productivo.
• Supervisar el bienestar y desarrollo integral de los estudiantes durante la jornada escolar.

Comunicación y Relación con las Familias

• Mantener una comunicación efectiva y profesional con padres de familia o tutores.
• Participar en reuniones de padres, conferencias y actividades escolares.
• Informar oportunamente sobre el progreso académico, conductual y socioemocional de los estudiantes.

Formación Académica

• Licenciatura en Educación Primaria, Educación Básica o carrera afín.
• Certificación o autorización para ejercer la docencia conforme a la normativa aplicable.
• Deseable formación en educación bilingüe o metodologías internacionales.
