The Position
We are looking for a teammate who:
Can fill the role of Metal Roofing Technician to perform installation for customers in Maine. We’re seeking hard-working individuals to join the IRC family and help exceed customer expectations through stellar work ethic, knowledge, and excellent communication. This teammate will do the following:
- Report directly to Foreman.
- Erect staging and ladders to gain access to roofs.
- Install metal roofing & siding systems per details.
- Operate various motorized machines.
- Skilled in the use of various hand tools used in roofing and sheet metal trade.
- Capable of lifting and carrying heavy loads.
Competitive Pay: $20–30 per hour

Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work flexible schedules.
- Strong listening skills to effectively communicate with coworkers and clients.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on organization, detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and safely move equipment on-site.
- Comfort with climbing ladders and working confidently at heights.
- Proficiency with power and hand tools.
- Willingness to occasionally travel overnight.
