Your Impact
The Manager of Influencer Marketing will work with Brand Engagement leadership to bring the influencer marketing strategy to life for Lowe's. This role will serve as a steward of the brand on social, ensuring all partners, content and executions are aligned with and elevate the Lowe's brand.
The Manager of Influencer Marketing will be closely aligned with cross-functional business partners (social media, public relations, brand marketing, media, etc.) and agency partners to meet business KPIs by bringing the influencer strategy to life through key marketing calendar initiatives, an influencer-specific calendar with continuous and opportunistic content, and support for paid media/affiliate opportunities.
The ideal candidate for this role has a proven track record of using influencers to help connect brands to culture, meet business KPIs and engage more deeply with target audiences.
What You Will Do
- Lead a team of influencer marketers who partner with cross-functional teams, business owners, and key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic influencer plans and content that support business goals.
- Manage the daily activities of influencer marketing programs and campaigns, including planning, seeding, outreach, influencer identification, recruitment, vetting, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for agency partners and internal stakeholders, including Public Relations, Brand Marketing, Social Media, Creative, Media, Merchandising, and business owners, to lead process, execution, and reporting for the overall program.
- Serve as an integrator across marketing and the broader organization, identifying opportunities to connect influencer talent and creator content to a true omnichannel marketing approach.
- Manage influencer negotiation, evaluation, contracting inputs, campaign deliverables, and relationship stewardship in partnership with agency and internal teams.
- Monitor campaign performance against engagement, reach, impression, content, traffic, affiliate, and other KPI targets, adjusting campaigns based on performance insights and business priorities.
- Build brand awareness through ongoing collaboration with prominent influencers, ambassadors, and creators across multiple social channels.
- Recognize trends in social media, creator culture, platform behavior, and the influencer landscape, translating them into creative opportunities that help meet business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Provide creative and strategic input on influencer content to ensure work is authentic to creators, aligned to the Lowe’s brand, and connected to campaign objectives.
- Manage external agency relationships as needed, including workflow, deliverables, creator recommendations, reporting, and performance expectations.
- Support process improvements, best practices, and scalable ways of working across influencer marketing programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Public Relations, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 7-10 Years General Marketing experience
- 5-7 Years Experience Media or Influencer marketing
- 1 Year Experience as a people leader
