The flash team recovers data from iPhones, Androids, iPads, SSDs, and all-flash devices. We are seeking an organized technician with micro-soldering, solid-state, and computer repair experience that is excited to learn the art of data recovery.
Education
Associate/Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
Required Skills and Experience
- 2–4 years of micro soldering, solid-state, and computer repair experience
- Ability to diagnose, assess and repair microelectronics
- Understand how to interpret schematics
- Experience with soldering and rework station tools
- Knowledge of logic board failures
- Must have passion for staying ahead of current and future technologies
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Great customer service skills are required as you will need to work with customers over the phone for some projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
