.NET Full Stack Lead Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable applications using .NET and Vue.js 3.0. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in C# 9+, ASP.NET Core Web API, RESTful API development, API security, SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, Vue.js 3.0 Composition API, TypeScript, and containerized deployment practices.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in backend development using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and transaction management. They should understand API design, security principles, domain-driven design, design patterns, and modern frontend development with Vue.js 3.0 Composition API. Experience with CI/CD tools including Git, GitHub, Docker, and deployment automation is required, along with practical exposure to containerization, Agile methodologies, and AWS cloud environments.
Key responsibilities include designing scalable ASP.NET Core Web APIs following RESTful principles, implementing secure APIs with proper authentication and authorization, applying SOLID principles and design patterns, building responsive UIs using Vue.js 3.0 with TypeScript, and developing SQL Server solutions including schema design, stored procedures, and query optimization. The candidate should have hands-on experience in unit testing using xUnit/NUnit, Moq, and Vue Test Utils.
As a lead developer, the candidate is expected to lead technical design discussions, guide implementation decisions, mentor team members, establish coding standards, and support troubleshooting of production issues.
Skill evaluation should focus on C# 9+, ASP.NET Core, API development, and design patterns with 40% weightage. Vue.js 3.0, TypeScript, and frontend architecture should carry 25%, SQL Server and Entity Framework Core should carry 20%, and unit testing, Docker, AWS, and CI/CD should carry 15%.
The interview approach must avoid basic definition questions and instead focus on scenario-based problem solving, follow-up questions, trade-offs, and real project experience. The assessment must include only two coding questions: one practical .NET/C# problem and one scenario-based SQL question.
