Job Description

1. Quality System Process Indicator Monitoring:
- Monitor the status of objectives within the quality system processes and track the improvement actions proposed by process owners.
2. Problem Analysis and Improvement:
- Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and propose improvement recommendations.
- Assist in implementing improvement measures and track their effectiveness.
3. Quality Management System Maintenance:
- Maintain and update quality management system documents to ensure compliance with the latest standards.
- Support the continuous improvement of the quality management system to enhance system performance.
4. Internal Audits and Compliance Checks:
- Participate in internal audits to ensure all departments adhere to quality management regulations.
- Assist in preparing documents and reports required for compliance checks.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure the implementation of quality requirements.
- Provide technical support and training related to quality to enhance team quality awareness.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze quality data, generating reports for management reference.
- Regularly report quality status and improvement progress to supervisors.
