Job Description
1. Component Selection and Evaluation:
- Select appropriate components based on product requirements and provide recommendations.
- Assess whether components meet specifications and suitability according to requirements.
2. Component Approval:
- Develop and implement a component approval checklist to ensure components meet specification requirements.
- Be familiar with the manufacturing process, architecture, market trends, and applications of responsible components.
- Evaluate, adjust, and optimize component attributes based on development and usage.
3. Component Management and Maintenance:
- Establish and maintain a component database to ensure the accuracy and completeness of component information.
- Monitor component supply to ensure timely fulfillment of production needs.
- Assess customer requirements for reasonableness and adjust and maintain system architecture.
- Enhance component familiarity and knowledge through supplier communication.
4. Problem Solving and Improvement:
- Analyze and propose solutions for component issues arising during the production process.
- Continuously improve component selection to enhance work efficiency and product quality.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with project teams, provide recommendations, and assist in ensuring smooth project execution.
- Work with quality teams/factories to ensure component quality and reliability, ensuring smooth production.
