Location – Pune , Hyderabad, Bangalore
Experience – 7 -12 Years
• The main remit of this role is to uplift the existing Database Inventory tool to ensure compliance/regulatory adherence.
• Gain an understanding of the current data flows upstream and downstream and simplify the design and processing.
• Working with control teams, analyse the data requirements needed for compliance/regulatory adherence in relation to database technologies and infrastructure.
• Articulate any changes needed to within the POD, comprised of engineers and DBA’s.
• Deliver solutions based on customers’ requirements.
• Support users with best practices and technical queries.
• Support the existing team and knowledge share where necessary.
• Some extent of admin work, related to requesting items from other teams, managing workload and change management processes.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
• Experience of analysing complex data sets
• Experience of simplifying data flows and removing unnecessary processing or duplication.
• Ability to clearly communicate data gaps.
• Experience of Agile ways of working.
• Ability and willingness to work independently.
• Proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership.
• Good verbal and written communication skills as the job role involves interaction with multiple stake holders across the globe + Senior management.
