Job Description Summary
We are looking for a communications professional to support North America Benefits & Rewards communications and US Internal Communications. This role is approximately 50% Benefits & Rewards communications and 50% US Internal Communications, reporting to the Director, Employee Experience & Change Communications and partnering closely with P&O, Communications, and business stakeholders.Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Benefits & Rewards Communications
· Support communications for North America Benefits & Rewards programs, including benefits updates, annual enrollment, compensation cycles, wellbeing initiatives, and people policies.
· Draft and update employee-facing communications, including emails, intranet content, FAQs, presentations, and toolkits.
· Help simplify complex P&O, benefits, and rewards information into clear, actionable employee messaging.
· Maintain communications materials, templates, and content repositories to ensure information remains current and accessible.
US Internal Communications
· Support the development and delivery of US employee communications, including organizational updates, leadership messages, employee engagement initiatives, and people-related announcements.
· Create content for internal communication channels, including email, intranet, newsletters, presentations, and employee toolkits.
· Support change and transformation communications as needed.
· Help identify employee stories and content that bring company, culture, and people initiatives to life.
Communications Planning & Execution
· Support the development and execution of communication plans for assigned projects and initiatives.
· Coordinate communication timelines, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and publishing activities.
· Manage content updates across established communication channels.
· Support planning and execution of employee-facing events, including town halls, leadership meetings, employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and Benefits & Rewards campaigns.
· Develop event communications, presentation materials, talking points, agendas, attendee communications, and post-event content as needed.
· Help ensure a consistent and engaging employee experience across communication and event touchpoints.
Stakeholder & Process Coordination
· Partner with P&O, Communications, and business stakeholders to gather information and refine communications.
· Coordinate feedback, manage version control, and track deliverables through completion.
· Surface risks, challenges, or conflicting feedback for Director review and resolution.
· Maintain communication templates, calendars, and processes that support efficient delivery.
What You'll Bring
· Complete English fluency.
· Exceptional English writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex business and people-related topics into clear, compelling, and engaging employee communications.
· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
· Experience developing communication materials and supporting communication plans across multiple channels.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
· Sound judgment and attention to detail when handling employee communications.
· Experience supporting employee-facing events, town halls, leadership meetings, engagement campaigns, or similar communication initiatives.
· Proficiency with PowerPoint, email platforms, intranet content management systems, and Microsoft 365 tools.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience supporting Benefits & Rewards, Total Rewards, or other people-focused communications, including compensation, benefits, wellbeing, employee experience, or engagement programs.
· Experience supporting change management or transformation communications.
· Experience working in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated environment.

The Director provides strategic direction, messaging guidance, stakeholder leadership, and subject matter expertise. The NA Rewards & US Internal Comms position translates that guidance into clear employee communications and supports planning, coordination, and execution.
The Director is accountable for communication strategy, stakeholder alignment, prioritization, and outcomes. The NA Rewards & US Internal Comms position supports the day-to-day development, coordination, and delivery of approved communications, employee engagement activities, and events.
Together, they help ensure employees receive clear, timely, and engaging communications that support understanding, alignment, and a positive employee experience.
