Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Communication with VES all COE’s for ensuring Program defined TCP are meeting the IMCR Targets.
2. Act as single point of ownership for VES IMCR deliveries to Program CPH/ Group CPH/ Vertical Head reviews for the respective projects.
3. Idetifying the IMCR proposals
4. Conducting the Workshop with Tire 1 & Tire 2 suplier
5. DCR, Validation, FTR. Pre-EN and EN release tracking for IMCR proposals
6. Timeplan, Budget preparation, CFT formation and monitoring for IMCR proposals.
7. Well versed for Brain Storming & vehicle level IMCR idea generation by doing architecture study, cost comparision, standardisation, benchmarking, layout study, feature comparision, alternate sourc & design otpimization etc.
8. IMCR proposal/Project Risk monitoring and escalation to GPH’s/Delivery heads/Vertical Heads/President.
9. Circulate Project MIS report to leadership team.
10. Support for new IMCR proposal change scope finalization, Budget estimation and CFT formation
11. Monitor supplier end development activities for IMCR ideas and escalate critical concerns.

Experience

5 to 7 yrs.
