New Car Sales Executive

LSH Auto is on the lookout for a motivated and passionate New Car Sales Executive to join our vibrant team!

As a key player at LSH Auto, your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer experiences, negotiating sales terms, and working towards achieving both personal and team sales targets.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £27,010 plus uncapped commission opportunities

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A strong background in sales, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
• A customer-first mentality with the ability to build strong relationships.
• A driven and competitive nature with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• A valid UK driving licence.

Additionally, you should:

• Exhibit a passion for cars and the automotive sector.
• Be adaptable and willing to learn about our products and services continuously.
• Demonstrate resilience and determination in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Show strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently.
