Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

Your role & responsibilities will include (but not limited to): 

  • Balance daily transactions and prepare overnight reports with precision and accuracy;
  • Verify and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correctly posted;
  • Provide exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night shift;
  • Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally;
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees;
  • Follow and complete the Night Audit checklist to ensure all required tasks are accomplished;
  • Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or concerns;
  • Generate and distribute various financial and operational reports and 
  • Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes (bit not limited to): 

  • Experience in a similar role (essential);
  • Proficiency in Excel and Opera Cloud;
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
  • Ability to uphold security and confidentiality procedures;
  • A guest-centric mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and 
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule and working day shifts on an as required basis.
