As a Night Room Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards of the hotel during overnight hours. You will ensure guest rooms, corridors and public areas are impeccably maintained, supporting a seamless guest experience while preparing the property for the day ahead. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellence within a luxury hospitality environment and is comfortable working independently during overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors and public areas to the highest standards during overnight operations
- Complete room servicing, refreshes and turndown-related tasks as assigned
- Ensure all guest rooms are fully replenished with amenities, linens and supplies
- Carry out deep-cleaning duties and overnight housekeeping projects to support overall hotel presentation standards
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping enquiries during the night shift
- Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas and equipment in a clean and organised manner.
- Follow all housekeeping procedures and brand presentation standards consistently
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns or damaged items promptly and accurately
- Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a safe, secure, clean and welcoming condition
- Support preparations for the following day's operations, ensuring rooms and public areas are guest-ready
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations at all times
- Work collaboratively with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering and Security teams to ensure seamless overnight operations
- Uphold all health, safety and hygiene procedures and company policies
